1. Start the day with one positive thing about yourself. Ideally, this would be when mom and daughter are off to work or school.
2. Embrace your flaws. You don't need someone else's validation to feel "good" about yourself.
3. No one is PERFECT. Embrace the flaws. It makes you unique.
4. Support yourself and around people who make you feel good about yourself.
5. Do things that make YOU happy.
6. Love yourself exactly the way you are.
